As a nutrition coach, chef, and herbalist, I’ve always approached wellness as a whole. To me, it has never been just about food or movement — but about the interconnected systems that shape how we live and how we feel.
Yet most of the wellness world stops at the body. We talk endlessly about what we eat, how we move, the rituals we keep — but we rarely talk about our homes. And our homes are where we spend most of our lives.
This is the missing link: home wellness.
Our homes hold energy. They influence our mood, our health, our creativity. Too often, they are filled with hidden toxins — especially in conventional cleaning products. What we spray into the air, onto our linens, across our surfaces becomes part of what we breathe and absorb every day.
But when we choose differently, everything changes.
A clean, intentional home is more than order — it is clarity. It is the clearing of space so that new things can manifest. With clear homes, we create clear minds. With clear minds, we make way for inspiration, connection, and joy.
